BPC collects only personal information necessary to enable us to service our existing and potential clients in an efficient and effective manner. All information collected is used only for the purpose for which it is collected. We do not collect sensitive information as defined within the Freedom Of Information And Protection Of Privacy Act (RSBC 1996). We do not utilise contracted out services that involve disclosing any personal information.

Access to Your Personal Information
Initial requests for access to your personal information should be made to:

BPC does not charge for access to personal information.
Correction Mechanism
If you believe our personal information holdings are not correct, please initially email us at
pagel@bishopphillips.com with the details of the error. Following the provision of appropriate evidence supporting the requested correction, we will immediately amend our data holdings.
